Information We Collect

We only collect information you provide directly to us:

• Name — to identify your account and appear on your invoices.
• Mobile phone number — used as your login and to contact you about your bookings and orders.
• Vehicle photos — images you choose to upload to your garage to document your car.
• Voice notes — optional audio recordings you attach to a booking to describe your request.
• Service & order data — your bookings, invoices, and orders created through the app.

We do not collect your precise location, we do not use third-party advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process your bookings, invoices, and orders.
• To contact you about your service requests.
• To display your vehicle details and service history inside the app.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure (Supabase). Access is protected and limited to what is needed to provide the service. Cost and internal business data are never shown to customers.

Push Notifications

With your permission, we send notifications about your bookings, quotes, and orders. You can turn notifications off at any time from your device settings or in the app.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time directly from the app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Once deleted, your personal data is removed. Records required for accounting (such as issued invoices) may be retained as required by law.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any changes.

المعلومات اللي بنجمعها

إحنا بنجمع بس المعلومات اللي بتدخلها بنفسك:

• الاسم — لتعريف حسابك وظهوره على فواتيرك.
• رقم الموبايل — بيُستخدم كوسيلة تسجيل الدخول وللتواصل معاك بخصوص حجوزاتك وطلباتك.
• صور السيارة — الصور اللي بتختار ترفعها في جراجك لتوثيق عربيتك.
• الملاحظات الصوتية — تسجيلات صوتية اختيارية بترفقها مع الحجز لوصف طلبك.
• بيانات الخدمة والطلبات — حجوزاتك وفواتيرك وطلباتك اللي بتتعمل من خلال التطبيق.

إحنا مابنجمعش موقعك الدقيق، ومابنستخدمش إعلانات طرف ثالث، ومابنبيعش بياناتك لأي حد.

إزاي بنستخدم معلوماتك

• لإنشاء وإدارة حسابك.
• لمعالجة حجوزاتك وفواتيرك وطلباتك.
• للتواصل معاك بخصوص طلبات الخدمة.
• لعرض بيانات عربيتك وسجل خدماتها داخل التطبيق.

تخزين البيانات وأمانها

بياناتك بتتخزّن بشكل آمن باستخدام بنية سحابية بمعايير الصناعة (Supabase). الوصول محمي ومحدود بس للي محتاجينه لتقديم الخدمة. بيانات التكلفة والبيانات الداخلية للورشة عمرها ما بتظهر للعملاء.

الإشعarات

بإذنك، بنبعتلك إشعارات بخصوص حجوزاتك وعروض الأسعار وطلباتك. تقدر تقفل الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك أو من داخل التطبيق.

حذف الحساب

تقدر تحذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية نهائيًا في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق مباشرة: روح لـ حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. بعد الحذف، بياناتك الشخصية بتتشال. السجلات المطلوبة للمحاسبة (زي الفواتير الصادرة) ممكن يتم الاحتفاظ بيها حسب ما يتطلبه القانون.

خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق مش موجّه للأطفال تحت 13 سنة، وإحنا مابنجمعش بياناتهم عن قصد.

تعديلات على السياسة

ممكن نحدّث السياسة دي من وقت للتاني، وتاريخ "آخر تحديث" فوق هيعكس أي تغييرات.
